Physical Products

  • All physical items (such as books, apparel, and travel kits) are subject to availability.

  • Orders will be processed and shipped within the timeframe stated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Digital Downloads

  • All digital goods (eBooks, PDFs, virtual guidebooks, etc.) are for personal use only and may not be shared, redistributed, or resold.

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Travel Services

  • Travel services, including Umrah packages, are provided with the understanding that Olive Branch Travels acts as a facilitator between travelers and third-party providers (airlines, hotels, transport companies, and local guides).

  • All bookings require a non-refundable deposit. Remaining balances are due by the deadline specified in your travel agreement.

  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate personal information, obtain necessary travel documents, and comply with destination country regulations.

  • Olive Branch Travels is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to flight delays, health crises, visa denials, or political unrest).

3. Conduct and Expectations

  • You agree to use this site and participate in our services for lawful purposes only.

  • While traveling with us, you are expected to adhere to local laws and customs, show respect to fellow travelers, and maintain appropriate behavior in sacred and public places.
