At Olive Branch Travels, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and products. Please review our refund policy carefully as it outlines important terms for physical goods, digital items, and travel services.
1. Physical Products (Books, Apparel, etc.)
Returns Accepted Within 14 Days:
If you are not satisfied with your physical purchase (such as books, clothing, or printed materials), you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Proof of purchase must be provided (order number or receipt)
Refunds & Shipping:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is returned and inspected.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue for a full replacement or refund.
2. Digital Products (eBooks, Downloads, Virtual Guides)
Non-Refundable:
Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases of downloadable products are final and non-refundable. This includes eBooks, virtual guidebooks, digital downloads, and PDF resources.
If you experience issues with accessing or downloading your product, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
3. Travel Services (Umrah Packages & Other Trips)
Deposits Are Non-Refundable:
All travel bookings require a deposit to reserve your spot. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances due to commitments made to airlines, hotels, and local vendors.
Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel your booking more than 60 days before departure, you may be eligible for a partial refund excluding the deposit and any non-recoverable costs.

Cancellations less than 60 days before departure are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in your package terms.
Trip Transfers & Name Changes:
In some cases, you may be allowed to transfer your package to another person or apply your payment toward a future trip. Conditions and fees apply. Please contact us to discuss your options.
