Cancellation policy

You may cancel at any time via written notification. Since we incur costs in cancelling arrangements, there is an administrative charge of $150 per person per booking plus the cancellation fee.

  • > 70 days – Deposit only
  • 57-70 days –  45% of total price 
  • 37-56 days –  50% of total 
  • 28-36 days –  65% of total 
  • 15-27 days –  90% of total 
  • 14 days or less –  Full booking due

As part of my travels with Olive Branch Travels, I give permission to record me, including images, audio, presentation and comments, with my name included, for use in in electronic and print publications. Olive Branch Travels may use these reproductions without further examination by me. Each persons picture should be 2" x 2", it should be recent (within last 6 months), in color, a clear image of the face, no filters or edits, no selfies, no eyewear, with a white or off-white background without shadows, texture, or lines. This picture is for the Visa. If it is not according to guidelines your visa may be delayed or rejected.
